Do you offer international shipping?
We do offer international shipping. Just add your order to the basket and select International Shipping at the Checkout. Custom charges may apply, usually these do not apply for low value orders, but please check customs guidelines for your country prior to ordering.
Do you offer a Glass Burner with your cones?
Yes, you can select the option for a glass burner with any purchase of tins or mix sets. A glass burner comes as standard in the Gift Sets.
What is the Burn Time for the cones?
Each cone will burn for 15-20 mins, the scent will will linger for up to 8 hours or longer.
Do your incense cones set off fire/smoke alarms?
Based on our own testing, we have burnt our cones under our smoke alarm without any issues. We always advise that the cones are burnt in a well ventilated area and majority of our customers have not had any issues with smoke alarms going off. It is dependant on the sensitivity of your alarm.
Are your cones suitable to burn around pets?
We always advise to burn the cones without pets around as they can arouse curiosity in pets and they may get too close to the hot ember. Many pet owners choose to burn their cone whilst their pets are out of the room and then let them back in once the cone has gone out.
Are your cones suitable to burn around babies and young children?
As a young family, we regularly burn our cones in the house with children/babies. We advise that the cone is burnt in a well ventilated area out of the reach of small hands.
Are your cones suitable for Asthma sufferers?
We have not tested the cones around those who suffer from asthma, therefore we are unable to confirm this. We would always advise caution.

We aim to keep all products in stock as much as possible, however as we handmake all our products, sometimes popular ;products can be out of stock at peak times. You can keep up to date with our most recent products in stock through our tiktok page @zednoon.uk or contact us at email@example.com

You should have received a confirmation email/text message and a tracking number with your online order. Please track your order via Royal Mail website. If you have any issues contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re very sorry to hear about this! Returns must be notified to us in advance via email to email@example.com, with the explanation of the reason for the return along with your order number and photo evidence of the outside of the box, the inside packaging and the item itself within 48hrs of receiving your order, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.
Please do not send goods without our prior knowledge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
